Exercise. We work with your kids strength level, by applying calisthenics,
and body exercises.
Core Strengthening Exercises for Kids. That is consistently one of our
main priorities at Shapes. WHY? Because there are a lot of parents,
teachers, and therapists out there who dont know that developmental skills

progression of other developmental skills. The core is the center of
control for everything else the body does.

Diet. Menus given to your child are based on what your kid needs in order
to meet their metabolic obligations. We do a food analysis. Therefore, we
