EXERCISES TRETCHES TO PREVENT OR HILL TRAUMA

Method:

Stand in front of a chair or surface of approximate chair height.

Place the the outside of the foot of the gluteal muscle of the leg to be stretched on the chair in front of you.

Relax your leg and drop your knee (of the leg being stretched) towards the chair and carefully lean forwards until you feel a stretch within your gluteal region.
