I trained so many individuals over the course of my career as a fitness professional. And needless to say January has always been the busiest month, and also carry on February. The stories from each individual varies but the mission is the same, lose weight and get fit.

I had to admit that many of them are dead serious, hiring a trainer, and go through a commitment of booking appointments, showing up on time and watching their diets. But unfortunately that isn’t simple, thus whoever is ready to sign up to a trainer, knows that discipline and hard work are key to their weight loss success. Becaus eif they don’t show up their lose their momentum and money!

I want to explore 5 immutable factors, you should do and remember during your weight loss and new years resolution journey!. Most of these techniques have worked wonders with other people and have been the gleam through the cracks on many individuals who thought there was not light at the end of the tunnel.

People forget to set realistic goals that can achieve easily and soundly.

Be realistic and take the time to learn proper diet methods, hydrating techniques and exercise properly so your goal can be attained.

Most people start something and immediately get distracted by other people and events, make this year count. Learn to say no, and don’t look back. Leave cell phones away, magazines, tvs, tablets, etc. This 2023 is your year and you deserve the full attention on yourselves.

Build a meal plan that is realistic to your lifestyle

Don’t get into the habit of dieting hard to later drop your meal plan. Don’t limit performance carbs, as they are important for other phases of your daily activities. Oatmeal and fruit for example. Make sure you stay full with proper snacks and get plenty of greens while dieting.

Red meat slows you down a ton!. Simply because the putrefying process makes you sluggish and slow. You need foord that your body can digest fast and get through your body easily so you can feel lighter each day. Red meat has lots of contaminants. Even if is organic, you don’t know if you eating a cow that has diabetes or cancer, animals do get diseases and will pass those to you. Furthermore, red meat will cause other issues when eat in excess such as gout or colon cancer.

Start distilled water

A good rule of thumb is getting on distilled water for many reasons. Your body has to go through a process of demineralization, who will allow you to get rid of excess of sodium and other harmful minerals that have made you swelled up. There are many studies that sustain that distilled water is not harmful and serves well to your body, Give it a shot.
